SOLID stay WITH some minor ISSUES

reception staff restaurant service pool assistance
the reception staff, Su, Stockton, and Jane, offered amazing service. Michael in the restaurant and Sammy at the pool also stood out for their help. I felt welcome, even during my short visit to celebrate a friend's birthday over a long weekend.
the room had a double wardrobe for storage. i noticed the fridge wasn't very cold. Cleanliness was sub-par, as i saw stains on the mattress.

my standard room included comfortable beds and a well-stocked minibar. the bathroom provided ample towels and complimentary toiletries. daily housekeeping ensured a clean and organized space, which I appreciated after a long day.

smoke odor full hotel
the rooftop pool seemed perfectly fine.
my room reeked of smoke when i got off the elevator. i had a full day and was exhausted, so i really wanted a smoke-free room. the hotel was supposedly full, so a different floor was out of the question, of course. i did not catch sleep.

Satisfactory Stay Near the Racetrack

The location proved convenient. I had easy access to restaurants and shops nearby. My room overlooked the racetrack and it offered grandstand seats when races occurred. The breakfast buffet included a variety of options and catered to many ethnicities.
The room lacked sufficient furniture. Storage space was limited, especially for two people. The shower had weak water pressure and temperature was inconsistent. Random fluctuations between hot and cold water occurred.

my standard double or twin room had nice slippers and robes. the tv had smart features. the location suited me since supermarkets and many food places were a short walk away.
the room was a little basic, with only a double wardrobe.
